👩🏼‍🏫 Teach 5 weeks course of functional transcriptomics

For undergraduate course, I taught a 5-week course on functional transcriptomics (3/14 - 4/18).

This course covered the fundamentals of R and Linux for bioinformatics, as well as RNA sequencing analysis and data visualization.
